Shane652 where did u see amber definitely not at our venue did u??? If u book a lady private after hours or make arrangements with her and not via the venue .....the venue won't be held accountable

I somewhat understand the viewpoint of the Venue, and don't think they are responsible for any refunds, but the attitude to completely distance themself from what happened is a problem to me.

I don't understand how they are willing to be associated with an alledged "scamster" and not address the issue with the lady in question.

This has a negative effect on the venue reputation.

Kooni I definitely did address the situation. We definitely did not distance our self from the situation a client phoned me yesterday regarding the situation so not sure if it is the same client. I did speak to the client and I did explain to him that if he made a booking after hours there is no way for me to protect u as a client. So I'm saying once again to assure u get your bookings that u paid for plz book via the venue.

I'm still not visiting because of how they crucified Bella and dragged her name through the mud after that alleged drug use and she left and then the 180 run-around when she said she'll come back to the venue. Just doesn't sit well with me.

Its not enough to only speak to the client, mediating the situation between her and and the client is what should happen.

She is associated with your venue, what she do or don't do has an effect on the venue's reputation.
