Kooni: I somewhat understand the viewpoint of the Venue, and don't think they are responsible for any refunds, but the attitude to completely distance themself from what happened is a problem to me.
I don't understand how they are willing to be associated with an alledged "scamster" and not address the issue with the lady in question.
This has a negative effect on the venue reputation.

Kooni I definitely did address the situation. We definitely did not distance our self from the situation a client phoned me yesterday regarding the situation so not sure if it is the same client. I did speak to the client and I did explain to him that if he made a booking after hours there is no way for me to protect u as a client. So I'm saying once again to assure u get your bookings that u paid for plz book via the venue.
