This was my second visit to Laura. I decided to try a 90 min double session , together with Missyoga. It’s something I have always wanted to tick off the bucket list. Boy am I glad I did. The 90 mins just disappears in a blur of tangled bodies . Their appetite is insatiable and you struggle to keep up ( I tried my best!).
