They will be able to help you to establish a long term treatment plan to help you to work on your OCD and get to a place where you can manage and understand your thoughts and emotions and establish where they come from as well as how to move forward.

I will not pretend to have an intimate knowledge of OCD but is that really an excuse for ignorance? In how many different ways does he want to be advised to stick to what his Dr has prescribed? He has been advised to seek professional help on more than one occasion.
