Just to clarify regarding the fake police calling, ESA has thrown thousands of rands into finding the individuals behind the scam, the scam is very wide and does not only happen to people using ESA but the other websites too, there are also many many different groups in this in all areas.
We have hundreds of different numbers sent to us by both advertisers and punters, by the time we get the numbers the scammers have already changed their numbers again.

We take action when there is action to take, like when we have rock-solid proof of an advertiser being involved in the scam she gets banned from advertising on ESA.

We have advised time and time again that you should use a punter phone, but it seems to be ignored.

Use a punting phone, have the phone on to punt and switch it off when you are not punting, that way, you are not contactable at all.

It's seemingly an endless cycle with the scammers, they call, they either get money or don't and then change their number and move on to the next victim.

Extortion is a serious crime and should be reported to the police so it can be dealt with by the right people.

I get the banning and moderation part. I have allot of experience of this. It is the first time that I hear of ESA deleting reviews though. Most advertisers only get a comment by Admin that a post was malicious and Mr XYZ is banned. So who was the advertiser who had the Scorpio profile? I know you dont have to explain anything to anybody.....but still asking.

We then know which SP to avoid. The story does seem abit offish but true or not that's the story they sticking to and we will be none the wiser. Best to punt it off hehehe

You not alone, it use to be simple, search, find, call, book, bang...happy days. It's now gotten too complicated, for 1 thing you now have to WHATS APP as calling is a thing of the past. I prefer good old dumb phones vs SMARTPHONES for this game :-(

100% Agree....get a punting phone and SIM.
However now you may need to rethink getting a cheapie phone to make calls and SMS as SPs are going the Whats App route and some even tell you when you CALL them up, to please What's App for more info...sigh...

I think the most surprising thing is when you visit a girl with great reviews and get a really average or bad experience.

Has happened to me a couple of times and it really puts you off punting in general.

That's why I lost trust in the review system, well not all of them but some girls are hyped up way beyond belief - and with time it fizzles out,it's like they "Trend" for a while, and then it's well known of freebies being offered in return of reviews.

I have unfortunately experienced the same experience. Sometimes reliable punters aren't reliable. It is very much a hit and miss situation for me.

I think it's like with everything in life.
I am a music person and I think in terms of music. My music soulmate suggested I listen to a certain artist. So I downloaded some of his tracks. And I havent listened to the complete playlist yet cos it just gets boring after about 3 tracks. Its odd cos this client and I love the same music. Everything he suggested before has always been spot on. And another odd thing is that I haven't felt kike downloading anything new lately or rather I haven't found anything new that perks my interest within my normal genres.
Just give yourselves a break and then try something or someone you haven't tried before.

So quietly in retirement, just cruise the site to see if anything bright, new and / or exciting pops up.
