You would do well to broaden your search and not to rely on one single source of information. This is how research works after all. Do not focus on the transmission of HIV only, there are other diseases that can be transmitted orally.

I'm assume that you must have felt elated when you came across that blog so that you can stand proud and call others dumb, but the information is not conclusive.
