So I was wondering if I should call him back and mess with him? If so any suggestions on how to mess with him.

In the past I just tell them to F.O.

Same story about police scam. Any advice ? Just block?

Im busy giving the guy the run around.
Im acting very worried and telling him ill pay but i dont know how to use this e wallet and money transfer things.

So this afternoon i got another call from someone claiming to be from another station.

He first asks if any othrr police have contacted me?
So i told him yes, for the past couple of months.

He says hes trasing my number and coming for me.
So i tell him he must pick me up because i had 3 beers and he cuts the call.

I just want to say that the calls i recieve vary in accent.
I get calls from coloured accent, black accent, white accent.

There must be a lot of these guys out there.

So my turn to join the club - although i havent actually answered any calls, but seen 4 missed calls from 3 different numbers.

Truecaller identified the numbers as Mike Maphisa (which sounded familiar - and i found mention of him on the forum).
Other number was identified as "fake policeman" and the 3rd was something similar that i cant remember now.

Google searched mike maphisa and a facebook profile comes up with SAPS badge as profile pic - captain of gender based violence unit in PTA.

The sad bit is this - i did recently visit Pta with intent of visiting a specific lovely lady but believe it or not, my mission was unsuccessful (i know i know -insert sad sigh here - i have the most rotten luck in the universe)

So when said lovely lady couldnt accommodate my booking, i dejectedly and hesitantly made a few whatsapp queries to a few other, highly rated and some rather premium ladies in the vicinty.

My heart wasnt in it tho as i only wanted to visit the initial young lady - so i ended up visiting no one.

Now, 2 weeks later i begin receiving these calls from maphisa which i missed each time.
So sadly, the rot doesnt stop at high end reputed and well reviewed gals, as one of them has sold me out.

My heart is telling me the initial girl i aimed to visit is innocent and that one of the subsequent queries is the rat but its impossible to confirm.

I wont be mentioning any names here (or even via pm), of who i contacted - as i do believe only one is guilty and the rest are innocent - possibly even clueless.

I know exactly who (well one of them) the WG is who give the info to the scammers. She's from Pta but don't want to put the name in a forum. She has a lot of different numbers and profiles. How is the best way to report such a WG to ESA?

I can honestly say that I received a number of calls in a matter of 3 weeks and only phoned one girl. What made me laugh is the title, "I'm phoning from the Hawks" Really? Forensic officers chasing punters in SA now?

However, I'm not married and don't want/need a punter sim BUT if I were married and not experienced enough to have a separate sim, I would have shitted myself and paid up. That's why they keep phoning and scamming for years - it's working. Whether you are brave enough to call it "ridiculous" - beware - they might show up. They threatened me with an arrest warrant and a physical address. Luckily for me - bring kole and we'll have a braai but if I were married and kids in the house... another story.

I bet they make a killing or else, why is this still happening for years? This is a serious threat for punters and WG's.

I got these calls after i sent an ewallet to a lady for pics on the ewallet your real name appears
