It's an accepted principle that a lady has the right to say no at any stage. So in this case she changed her mind post factum wich thus does not constitute legal rape, but I can quite well understand that she will feel violated.

Often clever use of the law allows bad people to get away with crime.
So one could even say that looking at the letter of the law to get away with doing what is undisputed despicable behavior, may be raping the principle of justice.

All efts from all banks can be reversed if it had not gone into the recievers acount yet.

Immediate eft payments from all banks are a lot more tricky to reverse
as money change banks immediately but can still be done, but only after the reciever had been contact by the bank aswell. All banks view immediate transfers as intended purposeful payments and therefore will ask a lot of questions when you want to reverse it.

Credit card and cheque account payments are a bit harder to do reversals on, but still possible if someone is willing to go to bank to do it...as it is next to impossible to do it online.

Ewallets from FNB can be reversed providing the full amount is still available in that ewallet.. ladies should transfer the money out of ewallet immediately or atleast buy R5 airtime to prevent reversals.

A lot of banks have options to change pins ofbcadh sends which makes it impossible for ladies to withdraw the money as the pin that they originally got won't work and after two weeks the money will just return to senders account.

Golden rule.. make sure the cash is in your hands( or safely transferred) before providing services, be it online or in person.

I accept instant EFT all the time and actually prefer it to cash, that being said I have been scammed once, one of my very first bookings before I knew what to look out for and was silly enough to accept a POP from this dude.
Since then, when someone makes a eft i log into my bank transfer it to my savings account and proceed with the booking. Been lucky enough to never have a reversal of an eft or e wallet so far.

This is the very reason I always insist on cash only. Dishonesty is such a horrible trait to possess, sorry for this girl.

I really have no idea why okes do this. If one cant afford the services on here they should politely leave and go try out plenty other things that would best suit their dishonest character.

Their dishonesty makes it difficult for ladies to trust upstanding clients when a genuine problem arises e.g. pin or pos machine refusing to work after services have been rendered etc. I once had to leave my smartwatch & gold ring to go get actual cash.

Phone the bank and tell them you didnt authorise the reversal. Let the client then further explain to them for what services he want to have the reversal done.

Client "Ja, I did cum, but it didnt shoot over my head and now I want the transaction reversed please"
