When i first viewed it (long ago, courtesy of a friend), i also thought its perhaps real. But never heard anything concrete about its existence, as we often hear about Amsterdam and Thailand etc.

I now also think its staged - maybe cos here in SA, its not so easy or desirable to be filmed for all parties, and for such an orgy to be done bareback (overseas could be a different kettle of fish tho)
