She hardly ever replies to queries and when a client sets up an appointment she always ends up delaying the appointment time. On more than one occasion I was left waiting outside her complex for over 15 minutes, and on one occasion she never replied after we had made an appointment, after waiting 30 minutes I had to leave and find service elsewhere. Ah, the adventure that is a booking with Disney! This started off with miscommunication over WhatsApp, and it took a few days to get a booking set up. Chalk it up to the language barrier, because she does do her own bookings, and her English has not really improved that much. It’s that famous venue in Morningside and security knows exactly why you there so no issues in this regard. Getting hold of Disney is tough as she has a high volume of messages and is lazy to translate, try messaging in Thai. When you do eventually get a booking and have rapport you’ll be good forever.
