I completely understand why so many ladies lately require a deposit and from what I can gage it will become more of the norm as time goes on.

Doubt seasoned punters will ever pay a deposit. Too many horror stories about the deposit situation. Besides majority of punters are in some form of relationship. Last thing one wants is a paper trail. Too many tracking options these days besides.

I can't help but notice how biased this is. You said everything about how it affects punters negatively. Their horror stories, their relationships and their privacy. What about the service providers'?
I work by appointment and only go to work when I have confirmed bookings, and leave immediately after unless if I'm booked shortly after that.
My horror story? This week, I spent over R600 in Uber in 4 days, from home/work to meet clients that book, confirm and never pitch or have the decency to say something. My relationships?I'm family oriented. My siblings mean the world to me.But I have cancelled a milkshakes and burger's date with my little brother because a client confirmed a booking and never pitched. I have missed a bus to a cousins wedding celebration because I took a booking that never happened. It's unfortunate that being stood up happens even with outcalls. I can go on and on..
Do you know how our privacy and confidentiality is compromised? When I've sent you my location, and the unit number, especially when you're booking for the 1st time. I can't explain how unsettling that is. Worse for some of the ladies that share their face pictures upon request. You know my body, my face, the building I work from and my unit number, but I don't know you, nor have I met you. How do I know you were genuinely booking or targeting me to harm me, because it happens week in and out?
The most strange thing I have observed from some clients is that they'd rather book in advance to secure their spot so you don't take other bookings. Than to check availability and book already on their way to you. To avoid disappointment I assume, the disappointment we're meant to accept and normalize. One day, we will discuss this platform's double standards.
I know we are here to cater to your fantasies, amongst other things, but our lives, our lives aren't.
Even if it's just for a second, put yourself in an escort's heels.
Anyways, everyone, have a good day. Just came back from my pilates class, feeling great, come through for some spoils, only if you're gonna pitch lol. I'm serious.
Love ya.

A deposit is unlikely to ever become the norm.
Last 3 SPs I saw all had no reviews on their profile. I would've not seen them had they asked for a deposit.
A deposit only works if you're well reviewed and there's something niche about your service.

I do have a career. I do, sorry if you thought everyone who's here only does this. Another thing is, this is for me. It is. But not every client is, I fortunately know that for a fact.

Ubering to and from appointments also is a bit of a you problem, maybe think of getting to work in the morning and staying at work until your "shift" ends. Not everyone is so priviledged.
Take a taxi/bus at 5am to get to work like majority of the population for a 5k a month salary after deductions.

Being at the venue, at the time a client has booked, is a priority because this is one of my streams of income. 2.It's respecting someone's time and honoring their request to meet and spend their time with you. 3. Time they're paying for. Remember some clients actually book and show up?
Irrespective of it being a milkshake date or wedding, the essence is time, because I can do it all when time is managed. Thinking that you can guilt trip me to thinking that my priorities and values aren't in order is not gonna work, I'm very self aware, you can't tell me about me ASASH.
You're right about money and moments, invalid point when you have reliable clients that book and actually pitch, and you can go spend that money creating moments for life. Balance.
