I might be completely mistaken but both EFT and card payments from a FNB and Capitec account will only be reversed with consent from the receiver.

As for e-wallet and other type of payment I have got no idea, to be honest, have never used it before.

We live in a harsh and cruel world, and anytime something happens, we tend to have a knee jerk reaction. Sorry about your experience, and the guy is a total douche. But would be interesting to hear from the ladies what the frequency of electronic payments is, how that has impacted their business etc, and if 1 (or 5) rotten tomato(es) is worth changing business model? Personally, I have become more inclined to ask to use electronic payments, but only if the SP is comfortable with IT. Recently I have done a few cash payments and done tips electronically as well.

As a black male, I have and will (often) struggle to get recognition, respect and services (outside the purple world), and as a result (sometimes) I "boycott" and promise myself never to visit an establishment/service provider, but at the end of the day I find myself back there because of any number of other reason ([proximity, price, meeting friends etc)
