I don't think you'd get banned for that as the ad was active when you mentioned her. Same as when we post and the lady's ad expired afterwards. We have know way of knowing that or control over it.

This is a different case where she knew she wasn't renewing, and thus full control as it's her and and her action to not renew.

You're not very bright, are you? The advertisers don't "work for" Esa, they just use a service(advertising) that they provide. The customers that will have saved the lady's number are her client base. The fact that they found her through esa is utterly irrelevant.

It is more akin to taking out an add in Kempton park Chronicle saying that you won't be paying for your advert here anymore but want to let everyone know that your caf is still open. This is your cafe's last ditch marketing effort before cancelling your contract with the Kempton Park chronicle.
