You are not wrong KR78, but I'm happy for such threads. While the small head may take us back to the venue, it does reveal some true colors that helps me to know who not to book.

I'm also sure by now everyone at SP knows about this and one can only hope that they learn from it

Gents, I sincerely apologize on behalf of Jules inappropriate behaviour.

Please note, most clients that has responded to the thread has not been to Scarlets in a while therefore they cannot refer to THE RECEPTIONIST in the same context due to change in management. The hostess manner and behaviour only reciprocates towards the mannerism and response of said clients. She always answers "Scarlets Palace, good day goeie dag", never answers this is an "MG's" phone. The receptionist simple asked if he would like to make a booking or is he inquiring about rates and services... The client hung up.
Thereby said comment by Mr. (H) therefore is untrue and words were twisted in his favor. Always 2 sides to a story.

The telephone manner we use to address our valued clients, new or regular is conducted with utmost professionalism .

Also, if your discomfort was directed towards the receptionist, ... why degrade and insult the ladies of SP? Not gentlemen-like nor respectful on your behalf.
Hence Jules inappropriate outburst. The Angels felt hurt.

Every client has their own preferences. One might not feel that the choice of ladies available to them is to their liking. However others might feel differently.

SP has been around for 6 years so we are not inconsistent. SP over the last few years has upgraded our establishment and improved on our client services. None the less, we own up to our past and current mistakes. And will continue learning from it.

SP offers a 5 star experience with immaculate appearance.

We pride ourselves in delivering the right services to the best of our ability.

Everyone has the right to their own opinion / critique.
Therefore, I sincerely appreciate and value each one.

I truly hope that we can put this matter to rest.

Regards,
Scarlet and the Angels

If I may without Labour I g the point too much. When I call a venue and ask about a lady, her rates and services, surely I'm making an enquiry. If I'd like to book that would then follow on from the feedback I'm given by the person on the other end if the line.

The receptionist asking if a person calling is enquiring or wanting to book is almost like a shopper going into a car dealership for eg. and being asked if he's enquiring or buying ....

Then for a lady from the venue addressing potential clients in the manner she did essentially speaking for and behalf of the venue is dangerous.

Just my 2 cents use it don't use it

Very true and this goes for ALL the venues in ESA land ;-)
Some girls do manage to redeem themselves, however, it should be voluntary and not forced.
I am all for giving 2nd chances ;-)

Indeed!! We all need them!!

I think my leniency also depends on the nature of the apology.
In this thread for instance, the second response was balanced in my view. It owned where there could be shortfalls, and explanations ito where it could help (unfortunately explanations are often interpreted as excuses)
Anyway. The second one was honest.
The first "I apologize." Felt pretty much like I apologize for having been caught out in self exposure and not I apologize for being condescending etc.

Anyway. Let's turn the page
