Sad thing is it will only get worse, the more risk the less punters, the less punters the more risks taken....viscious cycle which will affect everyone.

This is a bit disingenuous to the topic I feel. This data is for ALL Black South African. What I mean is, across all socio-economic strata. I wonder how many of that 21% of Black South African could actually afford a punt with a decent SP on this site. Education and wealth is the key to fighting HIV I'm sure there are affluent and intelligent Black men in South Africa and in this hobby.
