I know this lady has been getting unbelievable reviews. There has not been one single negative review. While I'm sure she is the best, my complaint is as follows. Everytime I call to make an appointment, she is either fully booked or not working that day, she tells me to call her next week in the morning to set an appointment, I call, and then told she's fully booked, try again another day..
