Your doctor was referring to PrEP, which can be any one of several drugs. For SPs, the once a month injection is particularly convenient, and very effective in preventing HIV infection. There are, of course, other infections out there not prevented by either doxycycline or PrEP, so raw is never risk free.

I am not advocating for anyone to engage in risky activity, but knowing what is effective in preventing various infections is information everyone here should know.

Yes, we spoke about potentially using Doxycycline as a pre/post exposure prophylaxis for bacterial STIs.

And yes, between HIV PrEP and doxy, there are still nasty STIs that can be transmitted.

This industry is all about the risks we are comfortable with.

I'm NOT comfortable with the risks of raw penetration or pussy gliding/rubbing.

Simply not something I will ever offer.

As a WG in the industry, I've encountered clients requesting raw and OWO (oral without protection) services. Initially, I wasn't aware of the risks associated with OWO until my doctor informed me.

It's alarming that clients may appear healthy but still carry STIs or STDs. To prioritize my health and safety, I strictly practice protected services. I clearly communicate this to my clients, and they understand that kissing is also off-limits due to the risk of bodily fluid transmission.

I'd rather lose clients than risk my health and potentially suffer lifelong consequences. A moment of pleasure isn't worth the price of a lifetime disease.
