Agreed! But I do understand the need for the freeloading policy, in some aspects. Even though we may find a few of the rules to be nonsensical
If memory serves me right, the "freeloading" policy came to life after numerous complaints by SP, about "non-active SPs" constantly been mentioned by their regulars to keep them "active".
So it was more to protect the income of active SPs than that of ESA.

Having a free-loading policy is totally fair. And necessary. But the policy that they have is so heavy-handed and frankly stupid that it's actually embarrassing. Not every mention of anyone ever, who is not on the site, constitutes free-loading but that's basically the way it's been implemented.
