Following this with a lot of questions.
Gents so hypothetical question.
If I client deliberately removes, or try to remove a condome during a fh session is it not considered rape aswell ?
I don't think I will ever be able to go to the police or open a rape case due to the nature of our work but believe me this happens more frequently than you would imagine and I am sure many lady's can agree. That is why I am seriously considering changing to massage only again

@ Joanika, when you say "this happens more than you would imagine", are you referring to the client trying to remove the condom or false rape allegations?

Wg's are more vulnerable to be victims of rape and also less likely to report due to the stigma around the profession.

Unfortunately considering the line of work you are in and how common the rape allegations are used in this industry the burden of proof is heavily weighted against the WG. Prosecutors are also very reluctant to take on a case of this nature and even then the chances of a successful prosecution in favour of the WG is very unlikely. By far the majority of accusations of rape in this industry are usually an attempt at extortion, (the WG trying to extort money from the punter) and these attempts almost always backfires which makes if difficult for the WG to claim rape in a legitimate instance due to the prevalence of extortionist expectations for one. The type of work that I do (the last 22 years) is very involved in combating extortion and in particular in the entertainment industry and our purple world also falls into this category so I have been around the block a time or two when it comes to this.
Bottom line is there is practically zero successful rape prosecutions even whereby a WG is the genuine victim. The justice system in SA is quite flawed and heavily biased against WG due to the nature of their profession and the history of extortion associated with prostitution and in most cases the WG ends up being charged with 2 serious charges at a minimum. Bearing false witness under oath (whether guilty or not), obstructing the course of law. Unfortunately this is how it is. Be careful before claiming rape. Make sure you have the facts and that you can prove it.
