I agree with your point 1. Many parents think their devil's spawn kids are sweet angels.

As for number 2, waar is jou swirl kous?

I had family visiting recently who love answering the cellphone and then having the conversation of a lifetime right between the rest of the people - even making eye-contact and pulling faces at those around them as if including them in the phone call!

Oh and taxis (and other road idiots) who believe it is their right to jump traffic cues by driving on pavements, wrong side of the road etc and then pushing in front of the cue. One of these beautiful mornings I will lose my shit and blixem the crap out of one of these people.

And a final one - my family might actually know who I am if they ever read here: being too lazy to make space on the dish dry rack for your cup or glass and putting it upside down on the sink part RIGHT NEXT TO THE DRY RACK! Why would anyone want the part that touch your lips to stand on the dirty metal, trapping dirty water and not drying properly?

In laws are another pet hate

1) People who use things and do not put it back where they found it. (Tools,kitchen utensils, etc)
2) Kids not switching off a light after leaving a room.

@IamwhoIam, it's easy, if they don't close the cupboard doors, I simple take it off and put it in the garage.
Slamming a door in the house. I fucking hate it. It gives me great pleasure to remove the door of a passed off teenager.

Pissed off.

I also have a thing for lights not being switched off and doors slammed, highly annoying, ditto for the mom's endless babbling about their brats.

Another one of my major pet hates, is wastefulness. Why pile your plate with food, if you are not gonna eat it? And why or why, use half a toilet roll to wipe your nose or use 3/4 of the shower gel for 1 shower? Why open a new bottle of coke or juice, when there is still some left in the other bottle? It really pisses me of big time!
