Honestly fighting over anything is not worth it!!! That one fight can destroy lives, forgot the fact that this guy may need to explain this to his wife. What does he tell work colleagues? People are not dumb and some can see through lies, it puts him in a bad place. Granted they may not know how and why it happened but they may think he purposely got into a fight or something on those lines.

Imagine the medical bills for possible fix up the teeth and stuff like that, everything may not be covered by medical aid...

Who is to say that AIDS could have not been contracted thought exchange of blood during being hit...

Sounds like it was a private girl perhaps her apartment because her boyfriend wouldn't do this at a venue the owners would have dealt with him.
