Dinner: a mash of sweet potatoes, some glazed dodo (don't you stuff it!) a l'orange, and petit fois, with a simple yoghurt & strawberrie-mash as dessert - challenging enough?

Well well well now that sounds interesting... I suppose u referring to stuffed glazed duck or chicken with orange then with petite fours as dessert.
I love it, but I will buy the petite lol or I will be stuffed by the time I am done making them.
