Being in the service business myself I can relate, time is a factor that needs to be catered for to and from the place of where the service is needed, that is something different to the actual travel cost like petrol and ware and tare or in this case uber fee.
As stated above lost opportunities to capitalize on in bookings. The further away the more the charge I would assume, it's all relative

I guess for me Angie and Jenna's responses (am sure there are others as well) resonate well with me, (along with the more recent posts around time etc), and good on them both because I am sure there are other punters who would decline their offer to pay for or split the transport costs - at the very least I would either offer a pick up or uber over and above the booking cost.

Before I knew about tipping, I just assumed that the agreed service fee was the expectation, nothing more and nothing less. From reading through the forum I learnt about tips, so now I often ask SPs - if not an impromptu punt - what they would like me to bring, and still try and leave a bit extra after the punt. And if I take an SP on for a longer booking, I will still try and make it worth her while, considering the lost opportunities etc.

Pricing aside. I think an out booking is way more dangerous.

So where it is with a stranger at a strange place I see room for an adjustment based on risk and reward already.

Know person and place =time based.
The more the unknowns thereafter, the higher the justifiable fee.
"Normal" things like Uber and night time are all risk components not found in most in-calls

I guess what have to charge what they think it's worth to them and punters will book on what it's worth to them.

I've done some out bookings. Never booked anyone charging ridiculous rates. Rather let them have the opportunity to there missed opportunities since it wasn't like I was actually an opportunity better than one that MIGHT come along while she's on the booking with me.

I usually just call another and there's always one that is willing to just charge the travel rates over and above. He'll, most of those I've done usually tell me to just pay the normal rate anyway after without the agreed travel costs.

Why stress yourself over their missed opportunities. Only they know how busy they are and how much they might actually miss so let them worry about it. You're getting the time you get so you need to decide if the one hour you get is worth paying for 3-5hours for other punters that she may have booked but they didn't get the pleasure of your paid time anyway.

If you read what I wrote I acknowledged that an increase in fee, not just to cover travel costs, is acceptable. But if your rate is R1200 uncall, but you charge R4000 an hour for a less than 20 minute trip (real example), thats 40 minutes there and back, at most your rate should then be R2400 for the hour, maybe R2600 including Uber there and back because on my example it really wasn't far. So what is the extra R1400 for? Your costs are covered, your opportunity costs are covered. And let's be realistic. Wg's don't get back to back bookings every single hour of the day, so chances are they are missing out on nothing for a short trip booking. I even sent one lady home 30 minutes before our allocated time expired since it was late, I was a bit tired and had a busy day the next day.

Many ladies are reluctant to travel to first time clients (for reasons mentioned here), so they have to make it worth the while and risk (danger pay).

I agree. WGs can charge whatever they want. As long as they are upfront about it. I personally dont book the super expensive WGs because first of all i cant afford them so should they disappoint, it will be real money wasted. Id prefer the gals i can afford, and if im pleased... i hit them with a huge tip. They really appreciate it.
