And the more the shame that it should be a 17 year old member being banned for breaking the rules, he should know better than anyone about the site rules having been around so long and having seen the site grow and change over the span of 17 years.

I like the strict safety controls that this site offers. If a girls scams a guy or misrepresents herself or steals etc, she is banned.
As soon as you link to girls at other sites, one of the biggest draw-cards of this particular site (safety) is lost. It's nice to know that as far as possible, the ladies on this site are genuine and you are not going to get a whole lot of shit during/after contacting or visiting them.
Maybe ESA is a bit too strict on this site regarding freeloading, especially when the intention is not to freeload, but still, I like the no-nonsense strict policies. It makes the site feel safe, and in this world, that is critical.

Really? Shes not just a secretary? Ive been sending her alot of proposals for a hour session.... i really really like her feistiness... but ahe has still not accepted.

I do agree that the freeloading policy is too strictly enforced sometimes. I did look up the ladies' names that the 17-years punter posted, so yes, it is free advertising. One of them is active, so no problem there. The other three don't seem to have profiles on this site, so there is no benefit to them from the free advertising anyway, so no paying person was disadvantaged. Thus, I don't personally see the purpose of the ban in this particular case.
We don't know the business model of the site. My guess is that they make more money from the ladies than from the punters, and if the ladies request this policy to be in place, it makes sense to keep their primary clients happy.
Regarding the guy who called the ladies garbage. Remember that in the advertising industry, any publicity is good publicity. In that thread, several (active) ladies have had excellent mileage because other guys were defending them. It was the guy's opinion, and on this site, every review is an opinion. We subscribe to this particular site because: 1) We want to find ladies. 2) We want to know other people's opinions after they have visited the ladies. And, I would surmise that not a single lady will lose business because of that thread. In fact, many guys would start looking at Joburg ladies' profile to see if what he is saying is true - more exposure for the ladies - good for the ladies.

Lol! No offense or disrespect sweet Louise but in my humble opinion this site is less than half the site it used to be 5 or so years ago...
I see you joined less than 2 years ago... may have been that you listed under another name before that... can't say?... but the point is this site and specifically the Forum has deteriorated since this freeloading thing came into place...
Doubleslapper above makes a very good point ...ESA needs to review their position in the adult industry market and apply more modern techniques to its website or it will eventually die a natural death...
May be that Eddie is losing interest and leaving the admin up to less experienced folk...dunno...but in its heyday when Eddie was closely involved with his programmer.. James if I remember correctly and a few other photographers they applied ground breaking innovations and streaked ahead of the competition...!!!
On a positive point, the quality of photography on ESA has improved dramatically over the last few years, no doubt assisted mainly by the newer lady photographers on board, and also now that photos need to be taken by ESA photogs. In the old days girls could take their own set of photos and send them in to ESA for posting.
But otherwise lately this site has generally stagnated and deteriorated...in my view! ;)
