How do you get to 45k?

well, R 1500 for 18 hours, so one appt in a 24 hour cycle times 30 {number of days in a month}.
Just making a point, that depending on your model, most offers have merit. You could take the offer once a week and that could pay your rent. How often has a WG said to you that business is bad. No appts for days, this could be a filler.
