I don't expect a tip but the gesture is always appreciated.

Same goes with gifts you are not forced but it sure is welcome!

Precisely!

Never expected but definitely always appreciated if it does happen...;)

And whether its a "veldblommetjie" or a bunch or the most expensive flowers money can buy, a Barone or a Lindt chocolate, a phone call or a text .. it all is appreciated equally;)

Regardless of how well I do my job I do not expect my customers to give me a single cent more than what was invoiced, not even a pat on my back or word to my manager, the repeat business and hope for referrals is enough for me to keep my level of professionalism and give the best effort the next time as well. Tips/or any form form of gratitude are optional and a lack thereof should not affect any future encounters

As a lot of punters also strugle and dont always have extra for a tip, would you rather that he tip you R100 on R1000 booking (R1000 just amount), and moves on, or he send you a thank you note to say he enjoys it, and would like to make a booking next month.
If I realy enjoy a booking I always let the lady know I enjoy the time spending with her.

I love the thoughtfulness of the little gift or extra money, but I do not expect it. A male ex-advertiser booked me and brought 2 packets of sweets, similar to Halls, an energy drink and a handwritten thank you note. Found the note the other day when sorting out my sock drawer. I always bought those sweets but haven't seen it in the last year or 2. I also have 2 handmade cards with a feather and a pearl on each which a client put my fee in. Now it may mean nothing to some people but I am a handicrafter and I really appreciate handmade things. I got Lindt 75% the other day. Its just a nice thought esp for me. Nobody in my inner circle really spoils me or even thinks to do something special. They just take take take as long as I give. So yes, even a little handwritten note or text is appreciated ..... Or even better.... A follow-up booking.

This here, above....

Beats tips and gifts and reviews, every single time.

Nothing confirms that I did something right or makes me feel wanted more than a punter wanting to return and returning many times after first meet up.

This is what I work for , this is what I want and need as a SP..
Repeat/regular clients.

I don't want or need, gifts or tips or reviews even.( As much as we do appreciate them)

Every single successfull lady on ESA will tell you that is all they want and need.

Because if you ain't got repeat/regular clients, you are doing something wrong and won't make it in this industry.

#(I added reviews here as some comment above seems to think that belongs in the same category as tips and gifts.)
