Is it better to charge r700 and get 1 client or 2 per day or charge r450-r500 and get 3 or 4 clients per day and not all black girls pay house fees as you think n left with r200 on a client. Most of us rent rooms per day or work with friends in flats. Just my 2cent

I think also R350 is too much! I've heard the going rate at Dimlylit Ave is R50.- for anything plus a crack at a pipe. I just dislike the showers but otherwise I'd be there already.
