No ways would I ever take the risk of bareback even if you paid me a million.
Consider that even if the tests were within the last 2 weeks, you have no way of knowing for sure if the other partner was having safe sex in that time. Most likely not if he is taking risks with you, then he is risking wherever he can.
That million would be used up very easily just on medical care and basic living expenses should you catch HIV or HPV. Consider this below.

Special Diet
Doctors Accounts
Specialists Accounts
Radiologists
Hospital Care
Pain and suffering for you and loved ones for how many years.
Funeral Costs.
Still worth the risk of pleasure at the cost of emotional, physical health? I don't think so!
