Once you give up catering to other people's opinion and thoughts, you will find out who you truly are, and that freedom will be like taking a breath for the first time...

As I commented yesterday on another thread this is one of those statements that simply flies off the tongue but is so very hard to do in reality.
Some people here are religious for example, they know that under their religion this activity is deemed as wrong, so this lowers their own perceived value.
People these days are mentally programmed by so many external factors in most cases for their entire lives to equate their own self-worth by their occupation, the clothes they wear, the type of phone they have, etc, etc.

Now the issue comes becomes force of personality, it is unfortunately a sad truth that very few people can view themselves as separate of those external values or maintain a healthy image of themselves.

For example, I know me, I know myself very well. I know that wearing the latest Bulgari watch or whatever is going to do nothing to improve my life. So I really just can't be arsed.
I know I have a face like Dobby's bottom and am built like a struck match but after 40 years on this planet I simply don't give a shit what other people think of me anymore...
If a person doesn't like me because I am not wearing a brand name pair Jeans, well then they can just make sure the door doesn't hit them in the arse on the way out of my life.
I really just can't be bothered with that kind of shallow bullshit.

This is one of the reasons you see so many of the ladies unfortunately turn to chemicals to survive in this world, its the only way for them to cope with the mental conflict that they are experiencing.

It is only the very mentally strong, those capable of being able to actually cut out the people in their life that don't value them properly that can make the choice. The rest I am afraid are simply going to have to survive with their demons and at best try co-exist peacefully with them.

Of course it is hypocrisy, but throughout the ages, society has always condemned and looked down on those that they deem to be of "low class", because in their minds, only a person of low class will sell their body. These low class temptresses are immoral and are not deserving of any respect, as opposed to the affluent "buyer" who is "high class" and who is tempted and dragged into this world of debauchery against his will, kicking and screaming, by the "ladies of the night".

I don't know, history has had some stunning exceptions... Kings and Popes have at times laid themselves at the feet of courtesans as seen through most of history.

Agreed, there have been quite a few exceptions throughout history, but the vast majority of the populace are not as humble and instead see themselves as superior in terms of morals and class, compared to ladies in this business.

If this was not the case, this business will not be frowned upon by society and ladies in this business will receive the same level of respect that is afforded to any other member of society.

Btw, great insight in your previous post. Have to admit I really enjoy reading your posts on the forum, thank you!

This stream of self conscious claptrap on this thread doth not ameliorate the Luciferian pride and superiority complexes I witness everyday.

Perhaps it may help you in dealing with it in a different manner and in that way make things a tiny bit better?

And in the gist of this thread....

"The kings whore."

A melodrama with Timothy Dalton and Valeria Golino in the main roles.

Even though she wasnt exactly a "whore", she was viewed as one due to circumstance.

An art movie worthy of a watch.

That movie is based on the exploits of King Charles II (1630-1685), yclept "The Merry Monarch".
His Queen, Catherine of Braganza, the Portuguese princess, tolerated his sexual exploits.

"Nor are his desires above his strength
His sceptre and his prick are of a length."

The king's mistresses became fabulously wealthy each with the title of Duchess.

So ladies, thou art in a noble profession!

Sir Layden

On another thread, havata posts a link , where reference is made to the position of "Prostitutes" in times long gone by. A revered woman.

A Noble Position.....i wonder how many people would throw rotten tomatoes at me in present day.....for noble a profession i do see this as.Not because i happen to occupy this space but, because in the short time i have occupied this space, i have realised and experienced something i would never have had otherwise and had not till now.

Humanity at its most vulnerable, naked ....either crass and deceiving and venemous in its outlook of others.....or profound kindness understanding wisdom and directness .

This space and the Service Providers are noble creatures who do give of themselves and alleviate, cajole, play, laugh, pamper, spoil and much more....a gentleman's being.
How much to pay her?
Coffers of gold i would say.
Wouldnt u?
