I dont buy a word of what Ms Indian Delights is saying. Nothing professional about that house.

I tried to call them a month back when a profile caught my eye. Didnt get through several times on that day. I left a whatsapp message, it was read and not responded too.

I would give it a skip gents. There maybe two sides to this story, but overall it doesnt sound great from their response to this issue.

Reading back on these messages I notice a couple of things and yoh - I don't buy a word by Ms Indian Delights.

1. If the claim is that the episode was an epileptic fit I wonder, do patients having a fit keep repeating the same word over and over? From all the episodes I've witnessed the patient's body just jerks and its so obvious. One can surely distinguish if its a fit. Repeating a word sounds like something else to me.

2. If someone is having a fit, shouldn't the owner be more concerned with rendering help to her person than talking to a punter about a cancellation fee?

Must say I was thinking the same.

mickeymajor is hereby declare a victim of circumstance and must be refunded in full whatever monies that were forced from him.

Fuel costs as well as telephony/data charges need not be refunded.

Compensation for time, agony and frustration not applicable.

Case Dismissed!!!

I'd be pissed too. I've called this venue. A double with these 2 Is R2400 so this guy goes in and minutes later is given back just R1000 as "cancellation"? He didn't see them get naked due to the "epileptic fit". Then she implies that he's overreacting among other inconsistencies in her story. Eish

Pity, I was thinking of visiting a while back too but something felt off. Thanks for the review. Really sad that it's come to this for some wgs. Nothing worse than wasting a punters time and energy and then still acting like a victim.

Everyone needs to keep in mind that there are always 3 sides to a story, his version, her version and then the truth.

I have spoken to both parties, just like I will not ban a punter on an advertiser's word, I will not ban an advertiser on a punter's word.

The venue owner said she would try make arrangements with mickeymajor to offer him another booking but as she said he does not take her call.

When I spoke to mickeymajor he also did not want to hear anything about the venue owner making right with him with a booking. He didn't want his money back he wanted them banned.

Due to the venue owner's willingness to rectify the situation ESA has made the decision to step aside and let the two adults work it out.

None of us could say if it truly was an epileptic fit or if the lady had some kind of breakdown as mickeymajor said to Tamar on the phone in his 1st call to the office.

I did say to the owner of the venue that the booking was not canceled by the punter so he should not be penalized for it. She said she needed to still pay the other lady that was in the room.

The owner of the venue said that the booking had already started and that both the ladies were completely undressed at the time of the incident.

Again, I do not believe that mickeymajor should have been penalized for that and I made that very clear to the venue owner, I suggested she pays the lady out of her own pocket and have the business take the loss to not lose a client.

ESA tried to mediate the situation but if one party does not want to come to the party then that is where it stops with us.

U r clearly a very ignorant man with no human sympathy. If i had known wat was happening i wud not hav reacted that way towards the lady whilst i was stil in yr presence. I dont giv a dam if she was repeating her words or not! Gods honest truth that was an epileptic fit! U obviously dont know jack abt wat a person goes thru and neither do i but at least i stil consider her a human being. The cancelation fee was R900 and u recieved R1500 back. Simply bcuz u called 4the lady that wasnt having any epileptic fit, Yr choice was to leave so please, next time have some human sympathy bcuz ive seen people like u that judge another person bcuz of their misfortune and ul end up getting it or something worse!!! So u wudve bin satisfied if the poor lady git banned bcuz u did didn't get yr way and u cudnt get it thru yr thick skull that she has epilepsy!! So esa must ban her bcuz of the misfortune of her having epilepsy! Her bread and butter must now b compromised ova an illiterate and ignorant man such as yrself!! Thank u esa for coming thru for 4a lady who happens to hav the misfortune of epilepsy. I really did try but the guy had already made up his mind ther was nothing i could've done 2 make it right. Alot of punters expect ladies to get banned jus for being a human being. I seriously want to compensate the guy with a blow up doll that way he can hav his way no interruptions or mishaps guaranteed!! Lol
