Whilst you make a good point, that's a whole different discussion entirely.
Just to clarify, SHE cancelled the booking, not me. I had already paid and was ready to go for the appointment

She should reimburse you since she canceled on you after paying her for the service nit delivered. The audacity to ignore you knowing she's wrong!
