Havata it is indeed expensive to be transgirl in SA (if u transitioning MtF)...the monthly bill of Hormones HRT, doctors visits...blood samples taken after some periods!
Public healthcare is sh*t...I waited forever trying to just hormones at a state hospital...and for SRS u have to wait up 20years to get it done WTF!!
