@ John Lennon - I didn't want to see him again after I said that the R3k was still owned to me and that I will take the R3k I asked upfront for the previous bookings time, after he played dumb and said he wasn't aware and thought he only had to pay the rooms tarrifs, then I decided I'm not seeing him again.

But thank you for your inputs.

Like I've said before, I did not scam him, how did I scam him if he didn't pay for the outbooking?

Irt the other punter, no he has never booked me as we met and became friends outside the industry, but later on came out that he was a punter himself.

In my personal opinion no scammer has ever offered to pay back the money they scammed from someone.

But I can be wrong.

Has anyone ever been refunded by a scammer?

I'll wait to hear if this refund ACTUALLY HAPPENS! I hear of people offering money back of make up sessions often to make it seem like they want to do the right thing but then deafening silence as they never follow through and that is part of the scam. She's already blocked him and ignored PM's from June and now says PM me your banking details, what a joke.

IMO, paying back the money with R1,000 deducted for the outbooking fee and then never seeing each other again is the only fair solution.

There's no innocent parties here.

One was a douchebag (sorry but you were in this scenario JP) and one was a scammer because she did take the money out of false pretences (scam) and never made the outbooking fee clear and agreed upfront and then avoided it for nearly a year. No one gets to play victim. Both are at fault.

N4P

100% they are both at fault who leaves a booking with out paying a lady there is more to this story than meets the eye

Therefore my post

JP why not take your 3K Kate has offered to pay back and Leave her alone as she requested.

It's not like you have a reputation to uphold you can still call a sp from all your numbers and you will not be link to this saga. She however does and unless ESA removes the comment you put on her profile it will alway be there even if she does refund you.

Also you met another punter for a drink . Did he also get billed for time spent ?

With Chunky on this one -
Easy to say will refund - or pay back .
Let's see if it's done .

Lol zuma still ummmm paying back the money bwah

Lol, good one. JP should claim back his Uber fees to for taking her to her next client/friend or maybe a scam is in need to recover those costs. Not to mention the pimp fees for hyping her profile previously.

At the end of the day, sounds like she saw a soft weak target crying in her room about all his medical and other life issues and decided to capitalize. The first few responses sounded understandable and sincere but it should have stopped there. After that, the true colours playing victim and trying to validate the scam even after agreeing to correct the situation.

LOL...... So much drama! Better than Netflix! Kate, does the 3K cover the out booking or did you make a few bucks extra?

One thing I do not understand, you have to pay for a room you did not use and then you have to pay an out booking fee too? I think these venues are killing punting and the income of the girls in these terrible times!

Venues take bookings fees from ladies with both in and out calls in actual fact there is a venue just behind Cresta who takes half the ladies money and she still has to pay her own add yes they are killing the girls income though I must admit not all venues do this some actually so take a fair cut.

I think this is a simple case of punter falling in love , getting rejected and wanting a little revenge , by his own admission he was getting a lot of discount probably started getting confused between the word "girlfriend experience" and actual girlfriend
it does sound like he was taking a little advantage of the situation
and if I were him I would let this go now , she offered the 3k and he doesn't seem to be interested in that , so now it's starting to look like a case of stalking more than anything else

Maybe this is where we just agree to disagree because I don't believe a real friend would say "let's rekindle our 'friendship' or you pay me". I believe, and you can disagree of course, that a real friend (in this very specific context) would accept the demise of the friendship and not let the payment of this supposed "debt" be contingent in any way on the rekindling of the friendship.

I mean thinking about it now..."if I can't have you then I want my money back" is quite shitty.

Kate should seriously consider sending the 'sheriff' a bill for "professional fees".

It is very easy from here on..... get your money back and leave this lady alone. If you don't want your money back, then let it go.

This is bordering harassment now. What do you expect ? You want us to feel sorry for yourself? You sound pretty pussy-whipped from where I stand.

Except for their is no friendship as she does not want to see him best he takes his money moves on. He's lucky if he gets his money back meaning she's prepare to pay the agency he didn't pay the night he wasn't feeling well.

@vox - I booked the room prior so yes room fees are still payable as the room could've been used by another lady if I didn't book it, and it was a late afternoon booking,So it was still payable as the house also had to make its money. Outbooking fees are payable to venue/house owners. Stipulated rule at the house I worked from and no infact I didn't make extra money as my fee was R1500 per hour and an outbooking Fee towards the house was R300 per hour which meant I had to pay R600 towards the house outbooking Fee. I'm sure the house owner will gladly confirm to this.
