I have to admit, I hate talking on the phone...I probably sound like a blithering idiot...which is why I avoid it at every opportunity. If only we could do all of this via whatsapp...life would be so easy. And both parties would have a written agreement so to speak.

I think there is a differnce in asking if you are busy during the next hour or 2. As based on the answer I might decide on a longer booking than the usual hour.

I do agree saying that I will be there in an hour or two is not acceptable. To make any booking a time and duration of the booking is required.
