Majority do take care and are regularly tested to ensure they are free of any STDs.
As with everything in life there are exceptions. But in my experience, over many years of punting, your changes of getting an STI is very limited.

This is rarely the case in my experience.
A full spectrum STI pathogen test costs upwards of 2k.
Many SP's scramble to make rent money, uber money, food money, school fees money, cigarette/vape money, data money etc etc
They do not have the R2k for a regular and full spectrum STI test.
I've paid for a few tests myself for SP's for various reasons, and the results were revealing. Many STI's in a young 'healthy' SP show no symptoms. In the background, the bacteria is doing its damage which may only reveal years later when infertility problems arise.
Pay for your regular SP's full spectrum STI test (at least 13 pathogens) once in a while. You may be in for a surprise what is lurking undetected.
The average SP is only screening for HIV. But I'd argue that's due to financial mismanagement.
An SP can easily save 5k a year for a proper screening but nope. Ice tropez at the club, shisha, shein, hair, eating out all take priority.
As for paying for SPs screening tests....that seems a bit much unless you're planning on starting a family with them lol.

Rather do that, lot's of other girls do instead of saying FH.
Easier for you to get the right customers and the clients for you and punters to pick the right wgs for them than having two people upset with each other over their interpretation of FH.
