I take early bookings (from 6:00) IF they are booked in advance and deposit is paid the night before.

There is alot of ladies that do the early bird. Aslong as you arange in advance with them. They also need to make arrangement to be ready for you so early.

The earliest appointment I ever agreed to take was on one of my many travels at 4am and when I opened the door, there he stood with the loveliest coffees.

I take early appointments on condition that I know about it the evening before. Only putt off is people waste out time and like yo cancel last minute in the morning. There, deposits for early appointments, unless you call me in the morning and I happen to be up already, you can pop right over effortlessly.

PS: Not everyone, only the decent ones
