1. Absolutely no problem with a lady wearing a denim, some do "make those blue jeans talk"
2. Clean fresh towels, shower before and after, don't mind using the same towel for before and after.
3. Big clock on the wall, to help with time management.
4. Line-up on request.

6. Soft music playing in back ground.
7. Dimmed lights
8. Plinth use for massage, bed does not work for me.

When I come straight from home I come from the shower so only shower after but when not and I shower twice, I don't mind reusing my own either.

Where we started in the shower and we share a towel that is also perfectly fine as the mind is very far from the towel anyway ;)

This can only happen when the SP trust the punter 100%. If there is any doubt in her mind, it does take-away attention and energy leading to a less than optimal session.

You may be not the only one who prefers a plinth and I suppose having options doesn't hurt

In addition I prefer:
A desent shower head with a decent flow and adequate supply of hot water.
A sturdy plint capable of handling both of our weight.
A slip free surface around the shower. Oil and water don't work well together. I once slipped getting out of the shower at a venue and twisted my ankle.
A shower without soap or shower gel serves no purpose. Some girls use dry powder to absorb the oil before a shower but i would be more than willing to pay extra for a single use shower buff or sponge to help rid me of the oil after a session.
When I make an appointment I expect the lady to be ready when I arrive. Not nice spending the first 15 min or so waiting for her to go fetch the oil and towels and have a smoke or what ever else she does in my time.
Surveillance cameras and covert cameras in the room are a definate no! I have come across strange things such as overhead cameras in light fittings.
A decent size mirror or two or three is always welcome to help me keepin an eye on my SP.
Please change the towel on the plinth after a session. Lying on a cum-stained towel is rather off-putting.

Have to agree with @Licorice

During a session "slippery when wet" is what we aim for, but
not around the shower, that is just to dangerous.

Shower buff "used once" is another brilliant idea.

Mirrors not really that big an issue for me, my eyes are on the lady, not worried to see myself, but in saying this, the venues I have been to always had lots of nice big mirrors in the room.

A warm room on a cold day
A cold room on a warm day
A drink on offer
Warm oils for a massage
Clean towels
Soap and hot water in the shower
A smile and hug on first meeting
Walking to the car and a hug goodbye (or to the door if not possible)
An engaging conversation
A hug/cuddle after the deed
Time is important but not being rushed
