All our staff, including myself have permits to travel for work, we included as essential services for the National Payments System ... and with a 3 and 6 year old, two wild caged animals, I may just be calling for some "emergency" meetings for my sanity hahaha!

I could not find the report from that link.. But I found another report about Ethiopia also releasing prisoners. Not because of a out break but to cut population numbers in prisons should an out break happen.
