We cencerely apologize for this incident but there was a huge misunderstanding. When you made your booking it was confirmed and we prepared for your visit. Shortly afterwards another client phoned but his number and your number is eerily similar. We were fully under the impression that it was you at the gate. We asked why is he phoning from a different number upon which he replied he has two phones - one for work and the other for personal use. Asuming it was you who arrived we opened the gate, the client entered and proceeded with his visit. Little did we know that it was a completely different client and not you.
Please accept our apologies for this but we were really under the impression it was you hence we did not take your actual call when you did arrive at our gate. If we had known it was someone else we most certainly would not have stood you up to see someone else. We are professionals and we do not play silly games when confirming a booking with a client.
We hope you understand and that we will get to see you some time in the future.

I called an hour before to try get a booking to be told that bookings can only be made 10 minutes prior.

Knowing how that could go wrong before driving a whole hour, I told them I'll book for an hour but will call 10 minutes before I arrive.

Drove a flippin 50 minutes, tried to call and was ignored for so long that I made it back an hour's drive back and then some only for the only decent one (Hunny Bun who did try shame) to call me and say that Essence is available again.

Luckily, the other girl I wanted was available then and I had a hell of a pity fuck to make up for it.

1. Mention was never made of a 3 hour booking. If I called you at 1PM to make a 2PM booking and you tell me to call you 10 minutes before 2PM and I do so (while stressing that I'll see you at 2 anyway) and I am then ignored, I can't confirm your availability can I?
2. If I am then called at 3PM to say that you are now available, you can't have been on a 3 hour booking isn't it? Unless you answer calls while with clients?
3. I called this profile, not Hunny's profile, because I wanted to see the both of you. Hunny was the only one that picked up when I eventually called your individual profiles when I was being ignored by you.
