You need to love yourself full stop. Then your be a happier person in life generally.
Maybe it is because i dont judge. In fact to be honest some of my most enjoyable visits were with normal gents - the ones with boepies, or maybe older, or a smaller dick or whatever it is you think you will be judged for.
Maybe it is my swinger background where i mingled with all shapes, sizes, and ages.
I think i am more worried about what the gent thinks of me after a visit LOL. I think that there might be some truth in that punters are maybe a bit more judgemental than the ladies....
But the point is (and i know i can speak only for myself) is i do not judge at all. For me your attitude towards me, your personal higiene and the way you treat me is more important than what you look like or how big your belly is or how small your cock is... Something that many people should still learn is NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! The story inside might just surprise you.
So hun.. Dont let insecurities hold you back. Take that leap, pick a lady of your choice and make that booking. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Remember, you are not asking a wg out on a date, so do not be nervous, you are paying for her time and having fun. If she does not like you or you feel uncomfortable move along, I guarantee you there are many other ladies will welcome you for your money.
