I think some people may have misread my post and I thought it was clear. I specifically said Im not asking for reasons, i.e why anybody entered the industry, as I agree it's nobody's business. I simply asked "how" which is an entirely different question - how did you find out this was even an option, who introduced you, etc.

And punters can also answer how they started punting. I'll start - I was at a strip club and thought we were just there to watch some dancing. That's when a friend who knew the place dragged us all to the back where FH was provided. Next thing I know we each picked and booked a lady. That was my introduction to punting.

From what I hear when I have small talk with WG it's largely through word of mouth and being recruited by friends sometimes even family already in the industry. Venues also go out and actively approach girls to join them..

Look at it from another angle. The "how" alone doesn't spark interesting discussions. It's the "why" that adds depth and meaning. Looking at some of the responses so far, the how and why are too closely interconnected.

The "why" has only some variances but at its core comes down to money. The "how" for me is more interesting.

I often have seen than SPs who are here by personal choice provide comparably better service. Such SPs go beyond call of duty for what has been paid for as they enjoy the actual nature of the work itself. It is like an art to them so also aim to achieve a BEST outcome. I once was battling to cum (stress overload etc.) and the MG said, "Then you aint leaving until you do, love" (literally threw the clock away) - You can tell if being serviced by an SP doing this work out of circumstances.
