There is people who accuse others such as myself of being hard drug users when its untrue.

Also the teeth thing is not necessarily an indication of drug use. People can have bad teeth or issues with the teeth for various reasons and may not be able to afford over priced dentists.

But working in this industry whore + teeth issues + thin seems to automatically mean drugs for some people.

And there are those who are malicious and want to hurt the business of certain ladies so they spread the rumour of that girl is a druggie and of course people just love to believe ill of others, so its believed automatically!

And then there are ladies who are so very good at hiding drug use you would never know or guess or believe it. I've worked with a few of those.

I broke my front teeth in a car accident in my early 20s.

I certainly couldn't afford a dentist, I couldn't even walk for a few months. Any spare money went into surviving.

Add to that, I'm very hyperactive (ADHD).

Broken teeth and hyperactivity, loads of people in and out the industry thought I was on drugs.

I went to a book launch and was chatting to a group of strangers and it came into the conversation that my teeth broke in an accident, a stranger then said, "we were discussing if it was drugs or bulimia. I said a bulimic cares about their appearance so she wouldn't go out in public like that so we assumed drugs".

I didnt take offense to it. I understand why people would assume, so it didn't really bother me.

Appearances do matter, in this industry and out and I know of a girl with bad teeth that a client said he wouldn't book her because of the colour. I paid to have them whitened but back to grey after coffee/cigarette use again.

Ladies, use teeth whitening toothpaste! Drink water after coffee, gum after a smoke.

A popular WG went to my same dentist with me and she said her bad teeth where genetics, he very firmly told her it was all the coke she drank. He could tell from the sugar damage.

Ladies, do your best to make arrangements with a client to get treatments done, slowly save or learn to talk/smile without showing too much teeth.

I've done it, it can be done and while it didn't bother me that people assumed I was on drugs, its great to be able to smile openly and genuinely.

I haven't had many bookings with druggies. Maybe I am lucky or just do my homework proper, the first sign of a user I am outa there!
