I have no axe to grind with Kickass . Just that I do not find his posts to be entirely reliable to be deserving of the badge . However the badge alongwith your site is ESA's creation and at their discretionary powers. Even if you purport that this is a community driven exercise , it's ESA who given the punters here the badges. That's the level of involvement you have in this disagreement . I only commented on the way I see it . I am very sure there will be punters agreeing and disagreeing with my statement . What ESA or for that matter the community here wants will take course . I am not going to ask or comment on what Kickass is doing . I thought that the badges in a summary do that . About which I was wrong , amongst other things as well .

As for renouncing , I will do this in my very next post stating my reason .

Nobody is fighting over any territory here . I had my view and disagreement aired on the forum over Kickass being accorded the reliable punter status as I don't find his posts to be reliable enough . However both ESA and Kickass saw this as a petty feud and tried to dismiss it as one .

I meant no harm in 'exposing' anyone as such and by no means intended on starting any type of feud.

I do myself believe that Kraatos had some points he needed to express and perhaps KICKASS needed to hear what he had to say, with saying that i also believe that with having an open free forum i needed not keep what KRAATOS had to say laying in my inbox without expressing his concerns.

I would also like to point out that ESA does not take any 'sides' as such and thought it were necessary to play open cards with these type of scenarios as we always do.

I do hope that we can resolve any underlying issues here.

@Jemma I had my reasons for saying that Kickass is not reliable . Something I gathered by being with him for a couple of times and also reading all his posts ever since I logged in here first . I would have gladly tried to impress upon him where I find him not reliable , but after the personal attacks which I find extremely juvenile and in poor taste , I think he is beyond any kind of conversation .

So let him be what he is . All I have to do is simply ignore his "valuable" comments . Unless he decided to unleash his gibberish attack on me . In that case , I will go so as far to report his posts to the ESA admin .

What ESA does thereafter is at their discretion .
