I will never do anything like that. I've been in this business for long and anyone that knows me know I would never be involved with scams

I know that much, was not aware the call history or contacts then also get swapped to the new sim. In fact im pretty sure it does not.

I have known Dani for years and we have a very small whatsapp group with friends who are service providers. She actually sent a voice note on the group last week to warn us to becareful.

She told us that her phone was hacked via whatsapp and the hacker was contacting her clients. One of her regulars realised something didn't sound right when he was contacted so he called Dani to check if it was her. I am not sure how her phone was hacked but I do believe her.
