2nd complain and this time I don't have words to defend myself neither accept on the fact that I was that wrong but I think u just never liked my treat being given to u ..

We always become what we believe. I was wrong to someone else,apologised but that doesn't necessarily means that I'll be perfect to every client nomatter how hard i may try...

Some love my treat, some doesn't and again, it's still a client's choice to see into it on whether the treat was to his satisfaction or not.

I think for how unhappy u were, u just haven't been fair cos u still left without making me aware.

The session was about us, it wasn't one way traffic. One should have driven it to the better level and I think that person was suppose to be u.

I feel that u should have made me aware the moment u realize that I'm going out of my way. .
