When I went to Thailand I asked a local what should you look for to tell. His advice to me was if you feel something isnt right then most likely she is a transgender. Its not foolproof but he said more than likely you would be right. Some of the transgenders are really stunning. Doesn't rock my boat. Each to his own.

Transgenders should not be alienated. Different yes, but not fair to "tag".

There are some hints you can use outside of the obvious (looks alone):

- height is a big one:
The average Thai female is 157.3 cm (5' 1.9").

The average Thai male is 167.5 cm (5' 5.9").

If a Thai "girl" is 170+ cm tall - there's a big chance you're dealing with a Code 3.

Using this as a basis I've never been burnt.

I suppose each to their own, but assuming someone is now a post operate female I can't see how it should make any difference what chromosomes she has.

If she appears femanine,has a vagina (albeit a constructed one), and identifies as a female, in my book she is a female.

Her past is irrelevant and essentially a life time ago.

You make a good point. I suppose it would matter more if you are dating someone who you want to be in a relationship with. Usually that means at some point you may want kids so it may be a deal breaker for some.

Trust me...looking at the scars of the surgery, and that little stub that is left of the urethra, which is intended to replicate a clitoris...is not good viewing...especially if you have seen a plethora of the real thing.
So if you are a straight guy and did not know, like me, you will be scarred. Had I known this before the booking...I would have given the profile a wide berth.

In all fairness to the post ops. I respect them for their choice, and understand that it is quite a phycological transformation as well.
Whether we get them to admit it openly...well I doubt it...especially in this industry.

Like you said, each to their own. Some of us do care what gender the person was born. I'm not attracted to men in the slightest even if they did have a sex change afterwards.
