@Mike1976 - 7 minutes early and exactly 7 minutes early...

I'm pretty sure some of the punters will remember that phrase :-D

If this is the lady THE VETERAN is on about she has on three occasions asked me to wait ten minutes which turns out to be twenty . The waiting is not in her accommodation and in the street. The last time I ducked and she then contacted me to say i am unreasonable.Us old guys like the punctual style and yes understand that the wheels may come off from time to time..

I agree with Cassie, I also try book my appointments, so that there is at least 30mins in between appointments, but sometimes even that does not quite work out so well.

For instance, I have a lady client, who takes very long after the appointment is over, to finish showering, get dressed and leave. She has made me late for 1 other client already (I lost the booking because of it - I was running 10 mins late and did sms client to let him know) in the past.
So now what I do with her, is that I make sure that I schedule the next client after her, at least 45mins - 1 hour after her appointment is over, cause she literally takes up to 45 mins or more to shower and get dressed! It pisses me off sometimes, but she has been a loyal client for 4 years now and books me a few times a month, so I have to accept it and just work my schedule out to include an additional hour for her to get dressed and showered.

I find I need that 30-45 min break between clients and although that helps with time planning, its also essential for me to switch off from the last booking and get focussed on the next. I find I just can't walk from 1 booking straight into the next.

@BBW Nadia - I think that is great.
I don't believe that the service provider can go from one booking straight into the next, without some kind of disconnect. The service would surely suffer.

Not sure if age has anything to do with it - but if I am on time (almost always the case) and I'm asked to wait I leave, in fact I don't understand anyone who will wait: why? If you do then she'll have the next one waiting as well, this becomes a slack habit and an appointment becomes worth very little - of which I'll have nothing, I move one.
