WhatsApp should be fine provided that (new) WhatsApp account is linked only to your burner sim, and that you do not install any meta (Facebook, Instagram) apps onto that phone. Otherwise there would be no way to link the two together.
Likewise, if / when given the option to have google (which, let's be fair - is quite an important one to have since it enables you to access google play, email etc) it's quite simple - create a NEW Google account that has nothing to do with your personal one.
They have to know your IMEI number first, before tracking your phone.
How do they get that? You usually find it on the phone, or dialing *#06# on your phone.
It does not really get stored anywhere else. If you bought the phone from a reputable store on contract, it might be stored against the sim contract details somewhere.
It if you use a Paki sim... nothing about that sim will be linked to your IMEI number anywhere.
Is there some really fancy device somewhere that can scan your phone physically, Bluetooth or NFC wise... probably. Maybe there is some ultra fancy piece of software that can somehow trigger your phone to send its IMEI number.

Over the past couple of years I have received numerous calls from these guys.
They try to manipulate ladies.
They also pose as cops when calling and say that a case has been made against the lady for theft.
They then say that you must provide them with all the numbers that have called you in the last 2 to 3 weeks to prove that the person making the case against you is not in your client list.
I have previously also received an email where the sender email and everything pointed to SAPS, but when "inspecting" the email address it was not SAPS. The sender of this mail wrote a brilliant email, saying that they were from the SAPS Special division investigating the VBS bank scandal and the money trail. They asked that I provide them with the last 12 months clients names and telephone numbers as they had "proof" that more than one of the suspects was using my venue to launder money.
Many ladies would fall for these types of intimidation, and are sometimes more afraid of maybe ending up in trouble for doing the work that they are doing, and therefore they just comply with what they believe to be a valid case against them.
Not only the clients are afraid of being exposed, so are the ladies.
Pay or else ..
