The hormones that they take helps them to produce estrogen which makes it possible.
Many years ago I offered this service Nobody suckled directly from me I used to squirt it our for the guys they loved it.
There are also hormones one can take to produce milk but this is a long process and no money in the world is worth the effort of going through a phantom pregnancy and every emotion that goes with that.
There is also a mood stabiliser which I will not mention here that maybe cause lactation as a side effect.
