Ladies i read the heading this thread was for punters only...

My 2 cents is first look at the the reasons for the bad reviews then act accordingly, also take in mind that not all people will click and some punters has a unrealistic expectation.

If you go into a hire and fire business plan it could be bad for the business because taking time to train the girls is taking time away from the business being productive thus less time equals less income.

On the other end if the girls is playing with your income and they do not want to change their ways it is better to change them for the better of the business.

Get real...1/5 for everything??? Dont worry for one second about that...nobody in his right mind is going to believe that "review"

How can he do a review if he havent even see her?

My opinion is that there is always 3 sides to a story.
I had a look at Bianca's reviews and all are good.
This was the 1st bad review ? And that because of a dropped line ?

I would keep Bianca cause she is definitely something for the eye.....but i would make it clear to her that it is unacceptable.

Giving out free sessions can easily lead to more bad reviews, where and when do you draw the line ?

Chas, we are each responsible for our own business, regardless if someone works with us or not as long as you're not associating with someone who scams, lies or steals, I see no reason why you should offer any freebies of make up sessions or even why Bianca or any lady should be punished if their services are reviewed badly. We don't get along with absolutely everyone and some guys can be downright petty and nasty when it comes to their reviews. You give them far to much credit and power over you and yours babe! Carry on and do as you've been doing as it all works itself out eventually! Do not give freebies to anyone as you will encourage others to review badly so that they can have a freebie too. Rather personally guarantee a better session should they book again. If they do take you up on it, make sure your doubles partner and you give what you promised! Life is to short to be making up for others mistakes or short comings. Focus on yourself or others will become your downfall. Take it from someone who has paid those school fees more times then I can count!

Ive decided not to do dammage control but guide them. Buanca does do well and i lic working with her maybe ciz she sucks my clit so well.

She admitted to a few messups and we working on fixing it. I asked the punter to contact me but has not heard from him.

As he said something about service which he did not recieve.

Bianca said he had nk confirmed appointment as she was in the mall and her phones ba3 died..

I reacted because i would want to guide my girls to up their game.

Bianca u are good at what u do because ive seen it let's work even harder to get u out there

Agree 100%....and if I may, Chas, you are not a pimp. Don't regard them as your girls because you take respinsibility for them. What they choose to take from and learn from you is their choice and a feather in their caps, But they certainly don't belong to you. Be careful because there are pimps out there that will target you too as their competition. It's a mutually beneficial relationship and if that doesn't work both ways, you end up carrying shit on your coat tails.
