Every few months, there's a wg that does this, quite often a venue too. Just gives more reason to ensure you only use a punting phone, single or not.

This is very sad that the venue hasn't responded yet. Can you imagine if those 300 punters decide not to return for obvious reasons. That can kill the business. Imagine New punters looking to visit and reading this on the forum.

Most venues just post a status update that anyone can see if they have them as a contact.

Never experience any problems like that from WG or Venues.
